I offer a unique combination of consulting specializing in not-for-profit or public sector organizations with the availability of skilled Executive, Personal or Mentor Coaching if needed. In Coaching we can accomplish much more together as a team than either of us could individually.
After serving for 5 years in the US Army (3 as a Pilot), Ron has been involved with helping people all his adult life. For over 30 years, he has coached people from various walks of life. He did this as a manager of a state employment office, a vocational counselor and 20 years as the CEO of a mid-size not-for-profit agency. Upon moving to the Tucson area, he decided to provide professional coaching full time. His educational background includes: a BS degree in Business Administration and minor in psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire; a Masters degree in Vocational Rehabilitation from the University of Wisconsin – Stout, Transformational Life Coach training from the SW Institute of Healing Arts and Life Coach Certification from the Coach Training Alliance. Quality services have always been his hallmark. This is demonstrated by being named to the National Distinguished Service Registry in recognition of distinguished service in Vocational Rehabilitation, six years on the surveyor cadre for CARF-The Rehabilitation Commission and a Founding Member of the IAC (International Association of Coaches). When Ron is not involved in coaching or consulting activities, he enjoys travel with his wife, camping, and spending quality time with his four legged friends (Cairn Terriers) that have been a part of his life for many years. He has also been involved in a number of volunteer activities
